Founded in 1992, Trail Creek Lodge, Inc., located in Soda Springs, Idaho, offers superb lodging with accomodations to meet every visitors expectations. The old-west lodge features 2 spacious great rooms, cozy seating areas all throughout, multiple fireplaces, a large kitchen with mulitple dining areas, and gorgeous views overlooking the Caribou National Forest. Guests can take advantage of full meal and laundry services, or do it themselves. Additional ammenities include use of the hot-tub, sauna, laundry, and outdoor fire-pits and patios. The lodge offers limitless opportunities to guests seeking a snowmobiling, snow-shoeing, mountain biking, 4-wheeling, fishing, archery shooting, horse-back riding, or tubing adventure. Trail Creek lodge welcomes occupants who wish to have a romantic getaway, host a work party, celebrate a family reunion or Birthday party, conduct youth group activities, or hold a wedding ceremony.


History
Sidney Davis, President and CEO, also known as the "Elk guru" acquired the 3 bedroom cabin back in 1992 and renovated the lodge adding on 1,500 square feet. A man of many talents, turned what was once a hunters retreat into an 7-bedroom, 4-bath full service lodge. In the summer of 2002 a 16-foot deck was built on the top of the lodge overlooking the Caribou Forest. Most recently Sid built a hot & steamy Sauna for visitors to enjoy cleansing their pores, and near completion he is currently remodeling each of the rooms into awe-striking theme rooms.



Future Goals
Trail Creek Lodge, Inc. has plans to add a parking garage, and build a workout center to better serve visitors. In 2006 keep your eye out for Sidney Davis' book on understanding how Elk roam our world and mastering elk hunting.
